Hi Ms. Meera,
Season’s Greetings to you.
I am Hasita Ivaturi and I am actively involved in promoting mental health awareness and its importance to different categories of people through various platforms.
Presently I’m pursuing my final year of graduation in Psychology in Hyderabad.
Mental Health and Psychology are very close to my heart and I’m really passionate about them. I started my journey of Mental Health Awareness in the year 2018 while doing a Social Entrepreneurship Course through CSIM (Centre for Social Initiative & Management) and did one Project on Mental health for Adolescents, which has given wonderful results & feedbacks.
Post that, I began my own mental health awareness initiative called HAPPY MINDS one and a half years ago through which we reach out to people of various age groups and talk to them about the importance of mental health.
I have conducted multiple awareness programs in various schools and colleges covering around 2000+ students and few online programs to various professions/employees from different parts of India.
Parallel to my formal education, I have done as many as 8 certification courses and internships to pursue my passion for psychology. They are mentioned below for your reference.
I’m a blogger and I have a website that I maintain by myself where I post weekly articles about the various aspects of human life from a psychological point of view. I’ve been doing this for 10 months now.
You can check out my work here:
Also, my articles have been published on the WEQIP magazine managed by a mental health publishing platform called WEQIP – The emotional wellness people!!
I wish to reach out to as many people as possible to talk about the importance of mental health and how taking care of it can positively impact our lives and I’m always working towards this and looking out for opportunities to do so.
I request you to check for the possibility of conducting such a program in your organization. I’m sure it’ll help out everyone.
Please reach out to me in case you need any more details about the program or anything else.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks and Regards
